BRC.300.9001 – Reserve Study – Navigating Capital Expenditure Projects

Our process is to evaluate, procure and manage construction. During the evaluation phase we provide budgets and rough scope for the community to consider. Our procurement phase includes a full bid package with scope and material requirements. This ensures a true “apples to apples” bid comparison and limits the possibility of Change orders. Our CM oversight confirms HOA’s get what they pay for while also limiting change orders. – Scott Jolly
