We want to make it really easy for our managers so that you don’t have to fill out a lot of forms.  So we only have 4 quick requests.  

1. Please send a copy of the association’s last reserve study 
2. Is this a developer turnover study?
3. Are there multiple reserve studies needed for this property?
4. When will the board be making the decision?

 I will send the proposal to you via email right away unless you request a sealed bid.
