The game “Funding for the Future” is the FIRST educational game teaching you the financial literacy about the POWER of a reserve study and how a reserve study determines a funding plan for the commonly owned property components in a homeowners association.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of the game is to be the first player to complete a game pad page with the highest point value.

If a longer game is desired, a player can play multiple game pad pages in a single round. Each game pad will have a separate objective to be completed.
