2026 Class Schedule
BOARD OF DIRECTOR CLASSES
Board of Directors Courses- The classes will focus on each aspect of the Reserve Study including funding, determining component costs and the useful life of each component. ALL BOARD OF DIRECTOR CLASSES ARE FREE!

Note: When the class is not taken for Continuing Education Accreditation, the class is free. Board of Directors may attend any class for FREE!
BRC University is now offering courses for Homeowners, Board of Directors, Community Managers, Real Estate Agents, Investors, Vendors and Developers.
Courses Offered
Homeowner Associations
Board Members and Community Managers will gain a better understanding of Reserve Studies from start to finish. This training will include Nevada Law requirements and adequate funding.
Team Teaching with Vendors
The Reserve Study Specialist and the Vendor will work together to cover the Reserve Study basics along with how to include actual costs and time frames from vendors in each field.
Real Estate Agent
Real Estate Agents will gain a better understanding of Reserve Studies from start to finish. This training will include Nevada Law requirements and adequate funding.
General Course
The Reserve Study courses cover the fundamental principals of the reserve studies as well as detailed descriptions of the component evaluation and funding requirements.
BRC Certificate of Completion is given for every course completed.
