Better Reserve Consultants
In 2004, Better Reserve Consultants, LLC. was established. Since that time, we have
completed over 7,000 Reserve Studies in Nevada and across the nation. A Reserve Study is a budget planning tool used by homeowners associations. This funding tool helps board members plan for their capital expenditures.
Throughout the years, our company has been known as the “catalyst” between the
homeowners associations and the vendors.
Our clientele includes Homeowners Associations Board of Directors and Community Managers, Real Estate Salespeople, Property Managers, Commercial Real Estate
Salespeople, Developers, Investors and the individuals that live within the communities.
The BRC University Classes have become widely acclaimed and recognized throughout the State of Nevada by professionals in the field. We are offering class sponsorship
